RHINO uses Azure computer vision to detect text in images. Due to this, there are a number of reasons why some text may not be detected;
- Text is too small
- Fonts are illegible (i.e., stylistic or iconographic fonts)
- Overlapping graphic elements
- Circular orientation
There may also be some instances where the Azure vision is confused by graphic elements within a text. For instance, if a circular element is placed near the text, it may read the circular element as an 'o'.
If none of these reasons apply to your text, please get in touch at: info@weareneem.com
